Why FIBI

Two friends who met on the road,
and the trips they plan for you.

Dominic was born and raised in Hong Kong; Ivon grew up in Canada. Both lived in the US for years before work brought them to Singapore, and they met while traveling — hitting it off over a shared love of travel, food and new experiences. Again and again, they met people who longed to see Asia but held back, unsure where to begin. So they started FIBI, to put their own lived experience to work and help those travelers live out the trip they've been dreaming of.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Guiding Dominic's godparents through Japan, Hong Kong, Xi'an and Singapore showed what changes when someone who knows Asia walks alongside you: overwhelming becomes unforgettable.

Ivon

Co-founder · From Canada, at home in Singapore

In Cape Town, Ivon once watched an elderly American couple miss their cruise — 30 pages of printouts, and nobody to help them think it through. That moment is why every FIBI trip comes fully planned.
